If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 3 days from the purchase date.  Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund and exchanges.  If your purchase is eligible for a return, you can drop off the item at our Port Coquitlam showroom.  If you wish to ship back your purchase all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refund is only on the price of the item, shipping paid will not be refunded.
